SIEBDRUCK / SCREEN PRINT

Der Siebdruck ist ein Druckverfahren, bei dem Farbe durch ein
feinmaschiges Sieb auf den Regenschirm übertragen wird. Eine
Schablone blockiert die Bereiche, die nicht bedruckt werden
sollen, während die offenen Bereiche Farbe durchlassen. Die
Farbe wird gleichmäßig über das Sieb gestrichen und auf die
Oberfläche übertragen. Für mehrfarbige Designs wird der Vor-
gang mit verschiedenen Schablonen wiederholt. Nach dem HIGHLIGHTS HIGHLIGHTS
Druck trocknet die Farbe durch Luft, um ein langlebiges und
widerstandsfähiges Design zu gewährleisten, das ideal für
wetterfeste Produkte ist. Durch dieses Druckverfahren können
Logos oder Motive an verschiedensten Positionen des Schirms
angebracht werden.
Screen printing is a printing process in which ink is transferred
onto the umbrella through a fine mesh screen. A stencil blocks
the areas that are not to be printed, while the open areas allow
ink to pass through. The ink is evenly spread across the screen
and transferred onto the surface. For multicoloured designs, the
process is repeated with different stencils. After printing, the
ink dries by air, ensuring a durable and resistant design, ideal

TRANSFERDRUCK / TRANSFER PRINT

Der Transferdruck ist ein Verfahren, bei dem ein Design von
einer speziellen Folie mithilfe von Hitze und Druck auf den Re-
genschirmstoff übertragen wird. Zunächst wird das gewünschte
Motiv auf eine Trägerfolie gedruckt, welche auf die zu bedru- LANGSCHIRME LONG UMBRELLAS
ckende Position am Regenschirm gelegt und unter Hitzeeinwir-
kung auf das Material gepresst wird. Durch die Hitze verbindet
sich das Motiv dauerhaft mit dem Untergrund. Dieses Verfahren
eignet sich besonders gut für glänzende, mehrfärbige oder sehr
detailreiche Designs mit Farbverläufen und bietet eine langlebi-
ge, präzise und hochwertige Drucklösung.
Transfer printing is a process in which a design is transferred
from a special film onto the umbrella fabric using heat and
pressure. First, the desired design is printed onto a carrier film,

pressed onto the material under heat. The heat causes the
design to bond permanently with the surface. This method is
particularly well-suited for glossy, multicoloured, or highly de-
tailed designs with gradients, offering a durable, precise, and
high-quality printing solution.
